Fantastic! Dr. Schaefer and his staff are skilled, efficient, and kind. I received an implant and gum graft and he made these dreaded procedures as easy as possible. I’m so happy with and grateful for the results.

Today was my first consult and I really liked my experience. The place is nice and clean and they do have parking right next door in the garage. The staff was very nice and Dr. Schaefer was so kind and non judgmental. He explained everything thoroughly and was very transparent about goals and possible outcomes. Pricing was also very open, so there were no major surprises. I’m glad I chose this office and would recommend others give it a try.

Super friendly staff from front desk to the back office. Techs are thorough and professional. They do my regular cleanings and did my implant and I could not be happier.

I'm super happy to be referred here. I've been really impressed with the transparency and communication from the staff as well as Dr. Schaefer. He also can be credited with providing the most relaxed, painless dental procedure of my life. It's generally a bit of a bummer to have to find any kind of dental specialist but the professionalism and care provided by the entire Piedmont Periodontics staff makes for a very pleasant experience. I thoroughly recommend this practice for those in need.

The entire staff is world class end to end. From making an appointment, checking insurance, cleanings, clear explanations/options & actual procedures. I’ve had 2 surgeries here & cannot recommend enough this team. I changed jobs/insurance & went somewhere else once & came right back here. I hardly ever leave reviews & am petrified of having any dental work done, but would drive or fly or go out of network to come back here. Top notch all the way. A few years later after surgery, still pleased. Once you go here, no other practice even compares.
